Mr. and Mrs. Corey Hamburg

These pictures uploaded all out of order, which drives me bonkers.  However, there are so many of them that it will take me all night to move them around to where they should be because Blogger only lets you move one picture at a time.  So, I'm going to take a deep breath, count to 10, and move forward with the blog...

The first weekend of October, we traveled to Fernandina Beach for Kenneth's cousin's wedding.  We both took half days at work Friday, picked the kids up from school early, and headed to celebrate Corey and Mary!

This actually was the first photo of the trip...MNH all ready to begin the drive.
(Side note, since we all know I'm actually typing this 10 months after the fact, I'm having a nostalgic moment of looking at Michael in that seat.  Sarah uses it now, and he's in a booster...where does the time go?)

SAH napped most of the way (Yesssssss!!!)

Someone was excited to get out of the car and stretch out on Burger's head!

Here is when we get out of order, so bear with me, since I'm having to deal with my organizational insanity...
Friday night - this was at the end of the rehearsal dinner...I strolled a sleeping Michael back to the hotel and Kenneth carried a sleeping Sarah.  It was a good night!

Saturday morning - this little boy was so excited to come downstairs in his jammies and eat breakfast in the lobby.  He couldn't get over all of the cereal choices.

Baby Girl tried her first cheerios on this trip.  She had to really concentrate to get her little fingers to grab those little cheerios.

I'm 99% sure he's blowing bubbles in his milk here...

A little later Saturday morning - Sarah was up EARLY...5:30-a.m.-early.  She was out at 9:00, which is quite early for Baby Girl.

Saturday - all ready for the wedding!  So handsome in his tie!

My little man and me...

Beautiful girl waiting for the ceremony to begin...

Just chillin'

Friday night - back to the rehearsal dinner
It was at a restaurant called Sliders, which is located right on the beach.  We had the upstairs, and it was a wonderful view!

Checking out the waves with Aunt Blair

Dancin' like the cool dude he is...

The boys with their young'uns and beer...

Burger with a napping Baby Girl

Running around the outdoor area with Max..

Out like a light!

Blair and Santa

Not sure what was happening...a sneeze??

And a 2nd sneeze??

These girls thought Burger was "the sweetest and cutest granddad ever!"  It cracked Pam and me up so much that I asked them to take a picture with him.  :)

Cuttin' the rug with Burger...

And Pammy...

Um...last call.

The restaurant and this great playground for the kids.  Michael and Max thoroughly enjoyed it.

Most of the Hamburg crew.

Family photo opp

Back to Saturday, but out of order from where we left off on Saturday above.
This was when we got to the wedding site, which was an amazing farm with a barn full of horses.

Baby Girl was excited...this was her second wedding, so she was a pro.

Checking out the horses...

Michael and Max found some balloons in the garage part of the barn and helped themselves...

So cute!

It rained on and off that morning, so the ground were really muddy.  Michael was escorted to our hay bale seats.

We tried at a family photo after the ceremony...

This was as good as it got...

Why are you so angry, hun? ;)

Mason jars for your beverages with striped straws

Angry Bird Master

The food was ah-mazing.

Baby Girl didn't get to partake...she got puffs and cheerios instead and her cup holder worked out nicely to display the mason jars.
The balloons hiding in the garage that Michael and Max helped themselves to were later used for a cool photo opp.

Later Saturday (here we go, out of order again) - we stopped for ice cream at a little local place.  Sarah didn't get to partake again...poor baby.

There he goes again making friends wherever he is...

Saturday night, we met some of the Hamburg crew for dinner at another beach restaurant that had hula hoops to entertain the kiddos.  These lit up all fancy-like, it's just hard to see in the picture.

Sunday before we left, we walked down to the ocean to say we'd been there before driving home...

MNH and a patriotic shrimp.

Back to Saturday at the wedding.  There were buckets of carrots and apples to feed the horses.  We all enjoyed this part!

This horse and our Murphy are kindred spirits...both having issues with their right eyes.

The baby whisperer, Judy Jean.

I thought I took this and got more of the bike in it, but it was totally a girly bike and Michael totally road it.  Not sure he would do that now, 10 months later.  He's very aware these days of girly vs. all boy.

Sarah napped with her little cheek pressed against the pearl beading on her dress and then shifted...

Meet the Hamburgs

MNH was tired and bored, so he made up a game.  I don't remember the object, but it had something to do with the rocks and the hose.

Sunday morning before leaving to go home...

Melissa and Miss Sarah...

It's always fun to be able to see family at a time when you usually wouldn't.  2012 was the year of all the Hamburgs getting together - Kevin and Katie's wedding in May, the annual beach trip in June, and then Corey and Mary's wedding in October.  The whole weekend was so very nice!
