Another nurse came this morning to do a heel prick and test Michael's blood again to see if his bilirubin numbers had improved. She just called to let us know that his numbers are down to 12.2! We can take him off the lamp, and they are going to send one more nurse tomorrow morning to do one more heel prick to make sure he continues to improve.
Now we can hold him whenever we want! Praise the Lord!

ps- baby carson hates italian. it all came up when we got home from your house tuesday!
