Michael's First Trip to Franklin

Last weekend, Kenneth, Michael, and I went to Franklin, TN to visit. Michael was an EXCELLENT passenger...he slept for the most part except when he got hungry. So we would stop to feed him and then continue the drive.

We went up to for a few reasons. #1: to visit with Kenneth's family, #2: to have friends over to meet Michael on Saturday, and #3: so Kenneth could go to the Vandy football game.

Melissa, a good friend from Lipscomb, came over on Friday afternoon to meet Michael since she and her husband were going to be out of town on Saturday when everyone else was coming over.

#3: Kenneth at the Vandy Game

I didn't get any pictures of Kenneth and his dad at the game since I didn't go. I stayed at the Hamburgs and relaxed with Pam and Blair. Vandy played Rice and won, which made their record 3-0. The Hamburgs were very happy.

We had a great weekend. Pam stayed up with Michael on Friday night since he had his days and nights mixed up, and I slept for 10 hours! It was WONDERFUL...thank you Pam! Somehow, Michael corrected himself and slept great Saturday night and has every night since then (knock on wood!).

We will be making another trip to Franklin in a couple weeks for a wedding...looking forward to getting a lot of sleep again! :o)
