Five Months

Do we seriously have a five month old child now? Seriously?! Time is flying...especially now that I'm back at work and get to spend such a short amount of time with Michael during the weekdays.

Michael has really changed in this last month. It's incredible, exciting, and a bit sad how quickly he is growing up. I wish we could slow it down just a bit because I want to just soak it up for as long as possible. I know he is about to be on the move in the next few months, so I'm trying to cuddle with him whenever I get the chance. He has brought so much joy to us and our families!

At five months of age, Michael...is sleeping through the night (yay!!!)...naps all by himself in his crib...has put himself on a routine...usually wakes happy in the morning and after naps...loves his Baby Einstein exersaucer...has finally discovered his feet...thinks Murphy is really funny...is becoming a drooling monster...does well in his car seat while running errands but still working on enjoying it on long trips...loves to "stand" like a big boy...is about to outgrow his bouncer seat...REALLY wants to roll over back to front...has apparently forgotten how to roll over front to back since he hasn't done it in 3 weeks...has not started any baby food just yet...is a sweet angel baby!
