Since I don't have a job yet, Michael and I took a trip to Franklin to spend a week with Pammy and Burger while I waited for my bar exam results. (I found out a few hours ago that I passed, by the way!!) I don't take nearly as many pictures as Laura does, so I didn't document our whole trip very well, but I've got a few to share.
We stopped in Atlanta on the way for my friend Justin's wedding. Andy, Josh, and Andrew were all there as well. We had a good time hanging out and catching up with each other.
A family friend is trying to start his own photography business out of his backyard, so we took Michael over so he could take some pictures to put in his portfolio. This one was my favorite:

Michael made his first trip to the zoo. We saw lots of animals. They had cows, goats, birds, elephants, giraffes, tigers, alligators, and many more.
Michael really liked the birds.
Especially when they landed on Burger's head.
He wasn't scared of the gators like his daddy.
He also enjoyed the petting zoo and petting the goats.
At the end of the day, he was worn out.
It was a fun trip to the zoo, though. We had a blast!!
Michael got a new toy on our trip, too.
It makes travelling so much easier, and he really loves it. It makes me feel really old, though.
While we were there, we also got to see some good friends. I didn't take any pictures, though. Laura probably isn't too happy about that. Also, I went to the Vandy-Western Carolina football game. Vandy won 45-0. Go Dores! After the last game, I'm ready for basketball season to start, though.
It was a good trip, and we can't wait to do it again soon!!
