As most of you know by now, we will be going to the doctor tomorrow at 3:30 for my 20 week check-up, and we will find out if Baby Hamburg is a boy or girl! When I first found out I was pregnant, for some reason I just knew it was a girl. I have no real valid reason for that belief besides the fact that I have three other pregnant friends and ALL THREE of them are having boys. So, my reasoning is that one of us has to be carrying a girl, right?
Well, about a week ago, all of the sudden I didn't have that strong belief anymore. I'm not sure where it went. I think that maybe I'm feeling a bit of anxiety regarding the big ultrasound tomorrow. Everyone always says, "I just want a healthy baby." And that is exactly how I feel. The doctor will not only be looking for boy or girl parts, but she will also be looking for all kinds of other medical things to make sure that our baby is okay. So, regardless of whether we will have a Kenneth, Jr. or a Laura, Jr., my prayers are for a healthy Jr. :o)
I'm curious for any of our readers that are mothers, did you "just know" what you were having before you found out at the doctor? Is it some sort of "mother's intuition"? I'm interested how many of you thought you were definitely having a boy and then had a girl or vice versa.
On a side note, I just took some random "Boy or Girl? Quiz" on the internet. Apparently the internet thinks I'm having a boy! We will know in 22 hours!

I can't wait to find out!!! I've been looking forward to it all week and then realized, I'm getting my hair done this afternoon, but I don't care, I'll have my phone and I'll answer no matter what, so call ASAP!
