Memorial Day Weekend

We had a relaxing Memorial Day Weekend - lots of time around the pool. If only every weekend were a three-day weekend!

This photo is actually from the weekend before Memorial Day. Whenever we get ready to go in from the pool, we strip Michael down outside. This day, he grabbed his juice and beach bucket and was ready to keep playing in the nude!
Friday night, we went to Outback (yum!) and ate outside since those tables are first-come-first served. Michael enjoyed watching all the cars drive by us while we ate.
Saturday by the pool!
Slam dunk!
One of Michael's favorite poolside games - throwing the water football to Daddy. Do we maybe have the next Tim Tebow? Check out that follow through, AND Michael throws with his left hand...just like Timmy!
Another favorite pool activity - getting thrown into the air by Daddy...

Sunday - Church Picnic. Michael enjoyed watching the Corn Hole games...
He only wore his hat for about 0.02 seconds, but I was able to snap this shot in that itty bitty amount of time. His cheeks look really chubby in this one...
Dinner poolside Sunday night. This was the first picture in which Michael has ever said "Cheese!"
Getting better with the spoon...
Another "Cheese!" picture...
Monday we went to a nearby park to play before lunch at Chick-fil-a. He is still a bit small for most of the equipment but enjoyed this slide...
Not a huge fan of playground swings just yet. He could swing all day in the red Playskool seat swing but not so much in these...
Feeding the ducks. This kept his attention for 3 seconds. I ended up giving the bread we brought to a boy that was there with his dog.
Cookies 'N Cream Milkshake - yummy!!!
First time in the Chick-fil-a playplace. I had mixed feelings about letting him go in because now every time we go, he's going to want to play in it. He did enjoy it, even though he stay at the bottom.
He got to meet the Fire Chief Cow (whom he liked a lot better when he was outside of the restaurant dancing in front of our window)...
Cool dude eating his animal crackers while taking a break from swimming... If only every weekend were a three-day weekend...wait...did I say that already? :o)
