Kenneth turned 28 today! He and Michael flew to Nashville this afternoon to spend the weekend with Pammy, Burger, and Aunt Blair. I would have gone, but the Southwest deal was only good on week days, so they are flying back Monday, and I can't take Monday off since next week is FCAT week (for those of you not in education, just think of FCAT week as the Testing Olympics). Kenneth and Michael will be spending some quality time with family while I completely soak up some "Laura Time." While I will miss my boys, I'm kind of excited to not be responsible for anyone else but me for a few days. Expect quite a few blog updates! Anywho...on with the birthday post. I might be the most spoiled wife in the world, and I want to take a minute to brag on my wonderful 28-year-old husband. While I've been working, Kenneth has been home taking care of Michael. He also cooks dinner most nights (probably 6 out of 7 nights a week), does the laundry, grades my weekly spelling tests, helps clean on the weekends, does the dishes, and pretty much lets me lounge when I get home. He is such a wonderful man and father (you did well, Pam and Gary!), and Michael and I are both beyond blessed to have him to take care of us. Since no post of mine is complete without a photo, I wanted to post some pictures. However, I didn't get to take any today since Michael was asleep when I left for work, and they were gone when I got home, so I decided to post some of my favorites of the two of them over the past 18 months.
