Okay, So I know that I'm really posting this Sunday, January 23rd, but for the sake of creating a printed version of our blog, I magically changed the date to December 27th so that I will be able to print 2010 in it's entirety. Make sense?
Michael had us up for the day at around 6:15. It had started snowing at some point when we were in bed and continued for a good portion of the day. It was nice to experience a real White Christmas! Santa was really busy during the night - Michael must have been a really good boy this year!

Pammy braved the cold and the snow to take Michael and Yo Yo for a walk around the block.

Michael and his big gift from Santa...
My only reason for posting the picture below is to document one of the hundred times one of the adults fixed Michael's train track. Can't you see the concentration on my face while I fixed it for the thirdish time that morning?
This was one of my favorite toys Michael received in his stocking from Santa...it's a Sing-a-ma-jig, and it's adorable! I'll try to post a video of it sometime in the near future.
Michael's big gift from Pammy and Burger - a Slider-Rider!
Pammy and Burger took Michael on a special excursion to buy Mommy and Daddy Christmas presents on Christmas Eve. We got a lovely puzzle, which we will have plenty of room to complete on our new dining room table! We also go a box of the little shortbread Christmas cookies - yum! Thank you Michael!
I modeled one of Michael's extra special gifts from Pammy and Burger. It's a little big for Michael now, but I bet it will be quite the hit at college parties when Michael is quite a bit older and bigger!

Tired boy during Christmas lunch...

We were up early but the adults didn't quite finishing opening presents, so Michael got to help the rest of us open our gifts that evening since the morning had been dedicated to him.
Enjoying his new sing-a-long books from Bambi, Terry, and Parker. These books were lifesavers on the way home! :o)
Christmas is getting more and more fun each year. Michael is starting to understand the concept of Santa...he would totally contribute to Christmas Spirit in Elf if our life were that movie. We're also enjoying watching him learn about Baby Jesus in Sunday School and as that topic came up at home with our nativity set. Can't wait for Christmas next year!
