Snow!

It snowed more on Christmas evening, so the next day, we all bundled up and went out to play in it! It had been a while since I'd seen snow, much less gotten out and played in it. Oh my goodness...it was so cold. I didn't last too long, but Michael has a good daddy, Aunt Blair, and Pammy who stayed out with him a little longer than I could stand!

Michael started the day by helping Burger make homemade pancakes. Pancakes are Michael's favorite. It's his request for breakfast almost every morning.

Staying with grandparents is awesome...Michael got to eat a snowman cake pop before even changing out of his jammies!

Puzzle time with Blair. This fire truck puzzle was one of Michael's Christmas presents from us, which I got from Scholastic Book Clubs for free with my bonus points! Score!
Pammy wanted to get in on the fire truck puzzle action...
Family photo in the snow! So pretty!

Trying to sled on the lid of a storage bin. Didn't work so well.
Pammy came out after we'd been out a little while. Michael was excited she was finally joining the fun!

Making snowballs with Daddy...

It's hard to tell in this picture, but Michael had kicked a snowball and it's kind of soaring through the air.
Heading back to the house...
While I enjoyed watching the snow fall, playing in it, and looking at it while drinking hot cocoa, I must say that I was pretty excited to get back to the 60 degree weather in Florida and leave the snow behind! I was glad Michael got to see it and play in it. It is definitely easier to get out and enjoy playing in it when you have a child!
